Users learn how to conduct interviews, review restaurant records, observe food handling practices and procedures, take environmental samples, and use critical thinking to determine contributing factors and environmental antecedents to an outbreak.

TCEO does not provide CPE certificates. As a Pharmacist, you must log into the CPE monitor 8 weeks after the activity to obtain CE credit.
