To celebrate the National Native American Heritage Month, November grand rounds will feature Southern Plains Tribal Health Board’s achievements in addressing key health issues, establishing rural health programs to meet tribal nation’s needs, and developing sustained partnerships for health.

This presentation illustrates the Preventive Medicine Residency and Fellowship’s training focus on applying systems-based approaches to working with partners to improve population health.
