The target audience for this curriculum includes: Physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of clinical care or population health and basic pathophysiology of the human body. Computer skills, including internet, MS Word, and the ability to retrieve and/or download PDF files.

Continuing Medical Education for Physicians (CME):

 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention designates this Enduring material   activity for a maximum of 2.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Continuing Nursing Education for Nurses (CNE):
