The Disaster Epidemiology: Public Health Impact of Disasters course is the first in a series of disaster epidemiology online courses designed to help the public health and emergency management workforce better prepare for and respond to disasters. This course provides an overview of direct and indirect public health impacts of disasters and how and why certain populations are disproportionately vulnerable to those impacts.
