Course Summary

Course:  WB4512
CE Expiration:  11/22/2023, 11:59 PM (ET)
Available CE:  CNE, CEU

This training provides important information and strategies for keeping hands and surfaces clean in educational settings. You may work in early care and education (ECE) or you may work in a kindergarten to 12th grade school. We all have important roles to play to keep everyone healthy and safe. Hand hygiene and regular cleaning can break the chain of transmission in school or ECE settings. This training also provides guidance and resources for creating and following a hand hygiene and cleaning plan. A plan helps establish a culture of clean hands and surfaces. It identifies who, when, where, and how to practice good hand hygiene and regular cleaning. Lastly, this training also includes messaging and resources to share with caregivers to equip them in keeping home environments clean and teaching children hand hygiene early, so it become a lifelong healthy habit.
