This free online enduring continuing education activity is designed to provide foundational knowledge in population health science and best practices in population health, including the effective design, implementation, and evaluation of population health activities, to public health professionals and health professions students. Foundational knowledge in population health can improve public health practice at the local level, and will enable participants to complete more advanced training in population health.

Materials

Six online modules each consisting of powerpoint video presentations, reflection questions, and multiple choice questions. Online content includes supplemental videos and case studies to reinforce content, and available resources and references to further learning.
