The goal of the Public Health Policy and Strategy Innovation Hub is to provide public health practitioners an overview and training opportunity to engage, discuss, and develop technical tools to support the public health community’s efforts to upgrade to Public Health 3.0, including competencies in: Strategic Foresight, Population Health Studio, Multi-sector Collaboration and Decision Support Tools for Public Health Capacity Building through evidence, case studies, and project development.

Target Audience

Early, mid, and senior career state, tribal, local, and territory public health practitioners is available through Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Public Health Policy and Strategy Innovation Hub. This pilot initiative, will support a cohort of public health practitioners’ participation in a series of trainings to prepare them for change, build capacity for strategic policy and decision making, learn adaptive leadership skills to inform decision-making approaches, and design solutions to address current and future public health issues.

Materials

Powerpoint presentation will be shared and used to guide discussion, share material and group discussion.
