The Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Units (PEHSUs) program hosts a regularly scheduled, ongoing, webinar series, as a component of the American College of Medical Toxicology (ACMT) (the PEHSU-West National Program Office) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) (the PEHSU-East National Program Office) deliverables to the PEHSU PROGRAM (CDC-FOA-TS14-1402 Awards 1U61TS000238-04 and 5NU61TS000237-04). These events are free of charge and continuing education (CE) credit is available, including CME and CNE.

The webinar is part of an ongoing series of educational presentations by experts in reproductive and pediatric environmental health. These presentations focus on the impact of environmental exposures to chemicals on human health at the vulnerable stages of in utero and pediatric development. A number of topics will be included - all of them relevant to questions of exposure and health effects, with consideration of risk reduction. Speakers will include physicians and PhD subject matter experts, as well as individuals with expertise in areas such as home assessment, laboratory analysis, and risk communication.

This particular event is an in-depth and interactive grand rounds series providing a platform for learning and discussion about endocrine disrupting chemicals and the effects on obesity in pediatric and reproductive environmental health.
