In collaboration with the National Center for Productive Aging and Work, the NIOSH Total Worker Health Webinar Series will feature an expert panel of speakers discussing the concept of nonstandard work arrangements. This webinar installment examines interventions and promising practices for the aging workforce from three different perspectives. Together, these three presentations will provide a complimentary overview of interventions and promising practices consistent with a Total Worker Health approach for addressing the challenges and opportunities posed by an aging workforce.
