The 68th Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Conference is a four-day series of presentations to highlight surveillance projects, investigations and resultant findings of the Epidemic Intelligence Service Officers and Laboratory Leadership Service Officers enrolled in the two-year EIS or LLS Program. Participants will benefit by learning about EIS/LLS officers’ role in the development of investigational studies, epidemiologic methods used during the EIS/LLS officer’s investigations, findings, control and prevention recommendations, and lessons learned that have impacted public health practices.
