This activity will provide in-depth educational and training experience for the healthcare worker who is responsible for screening, administering, and interpreting a tuberculin skin test (TST) and is also responsible for conducting a TST training for their institution. This activity will provide guidelines and information regarding the placement and interpretation of the TST, how to identify high risk populations for targeted testing, and how to conduct a TST training with hands-on information via presentation and practicum by a TB expert.
